Brett Roach | Managing Partner

I am a Cardiovascular Critical Care Nurse and Real Estate Entrepreneur. I help doctors and nurses increase their income and reduce taxes without working extra hours or shifts in a hospital. I aim to help people make passive income by investing in multifamily properties. Passive investing allows an investor to invest in private real estate in exchange for partial ownership in the deal without doing any leg work or heavy lifting. I’ve lost 100 lbs twice, so I know what heavy lifting looks like. I have an innate desire to build relationships, provide service, help people obtain passive income, and overall help people experience a better life and hit their investing goals.

Brooks Allen | Managing Partner

I am a Multifamily Real Estate Investor who focuses on helping busy professionals invest passively in Real Estate. I graduated with a B.B.A. in Marketing from Texas A&M University in 2016. That same year I ran 15 half & full marathons with the Rock-N-Roll Marathon Series and traveled all over. My drive and persistence have always led me to entrepreneurial ventures. I have extensive experience in raising capital, sales, marketing, property management, and business development. My sales-oriented and results-driven experience has led me to build businesses from the ground up. We are building a network of like-minded people that want to build generational wealth through passive real estate investing.

I am a Commercial Real Estate Agent and Multifamily Investor. I graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Southwestern University. At Southwestern University, every student is held to an honor code of honesty and integrity. I live my life by this code and aim to provide investors with opportunities to reach their goals with complete honesty and transparency. I have a love for business with a passion for real estate which attracts me to multifamily real estate investing. With how quickly the real estate market evolves, my focus on speed and execution will prove to be successful in securing deals for our investors.
